Faircloth Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Faircloth purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery using the contact form or by emailing hello@getfaircloth.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Approved damaged or defective returns will receive:

  • A replacement or

  • A full refund

  • Prepaid return shipping, when required

Returns for Any Other Reason

We accept returns within 30 days of the order date for items that are:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • Free of hair, stains, odors, holes, or damage

For these returns:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please:

  1. Log into your order via the link in your order confirmation email or

  2. Contact us at hello@getfaircloth.com with your order number

If approved, you’ll receive return instructions. For non-defective returns, return shipping labels are not automatically provided.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Timing

Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your return for your refund to be processed. Banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.
